5 Ingredient Breakfast Casserole

Excellent recipe for kids to make on Sundays

Ingredients:

  • 12 eggs
  • 16 oz full fat ricotta
  • 1lb pork sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 red pepper diced
    • Organic Ingredients Recommended when possible

Instructions:

  1. Beat Eggs
  2. Add and mix the rest of the ingredients
  3. Pour in greased casserole dish
  4. Cook at 350 degrees 45 min
  5. Divide, heat up, and serve on school mornings
