Inspired by our Trip to Australia, I created a simple recipe to be made ahead in preparation for busy school mornings. Muslei was part of all breakfasts anywhere we went on the East Coast of Australia. So here is our version of the most important meal of the day.
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 Cups Old Fashioned Oats
- 1/2 Cup slivered almonds
- 1/2 Cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 Cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 Cup Raisins
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Dates
- 1/2 Cup Sunflower Seeds
- 1/4 Cup Hemp Hearts
- 1 Tbsp Cinnamon
- 1 Tsp Sea Salt
- 3 Tbsp Coconut Sugar Blonde (lower glycemic index with heart health minerals
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix all ingredients
- Place in air tight container
- Enjoy with yogurt and berries, fresh or leave in overnight.
